Advanced Audiology Service
For patients with hearing concern, bothersome tinnitus (noises in your ears) or short lived vertigo (spinning sensation) triggered by a change in head position. If you are unclear about your vertigo symptoms please consult with your GP first.
Earwax Removal Service
If your ears feel blocked with wax causing hearing difficulty or other symptoms, you can book an appointment to see an Audiologist trained in wax removal.
If you would like to know more about the GP based Audiology service (if available at your GP practice), then please ask reception for further details and arrange an appointment if required.

Long COVID Service
If you have any of the following symptoms, please ensure you have seen your GP before referring yourself to the Long COVID Service.
Symptoms of Long COVID include but are not limited to:
- Fatigue
- Breathlessness
- Problems with memory and concentration (brain fog)
- Mood changes (anxiety or depression)
- Chest Pain
- Heart Palpitations
- Dizziness
- Pain
- High Temperature

North Wales Integrated Autism Service (NWIAS)
NWIAS deliver autism assessments via a hybrid model. They see all clients face to face for their first appointment and further appointments are delivered on line.
If a client does not have IT facilities, they will make alternative arrangements to promote full inclusion in the assessment process.

You can now self-refer for Physiotherapy without necessarily seeing a GP for the following:

- Neck pain
- Joint & muscular pain
- Strains & sprains
- Recent injury

SilverCloud - Making Space For Healthy Minds
SilverCloud Wales is a supported self-help service that provides access to free online therapy without a GP referral. It is suitable for:
- People aged 16+ with mild to moderate levels of anxiety, depression or stress AND
- Who are registered with a GP in Wales or live in Wales AND
- Who are not receiving secondary or tertiary mental health services (e.g. under the care of a psychiatrist or psychologist).
